WEEK 7
study about the wiring diagram of switching in my own car.
the power windows in not operating when the switch is in off and ACC mode. through this diagram the power windows current transducer will be put at the blue wire to measured the current through the motor. the above diagram is the wiring diagram for Proton Wira and the most common wiring diagram for almost car used today.
above diagram is show how the mechanical part inside the switch and the connection of wire.

- What the device is to do?
- Is the project feasible?
- Ensure the project can, in fact be accomplished
the first step we need to know what is this device to do. through this i have made a block diagram for the program. its is easy to use Microsoft visio to sketch block diagram.
the operation is when the switch of the power windows is press up the current sensor will detect the current and if its is above 4A the windows is commanded to go down a bit while if is is detect below then 4 A the windows will continued to go up. for the switch down there is direct order to go down the windows.

WEEK 4
Title: Project titles confirmation
This week all student need to conform the tittle of final year project and my Project is Development of power windows safety systems.
Project summary:
Power window for car is design to make the driver and passengers easy to slide down the car glass window with only pressing power windows switch. However there have disadvantages such as the power window stuck and malfunctioning due to the mechanical and electrical part. Power windows also not suitable to be used for child therefore the power windows is improving the design so that can be control only by the drivers and not for the child.
In this final year project the power window looking forward to improving the design so that it is more convenient to be used and have more safety precaution.
When the power window switch is press the power window motor is move
to the direction the user press. The characteristic of this motor is when it
have heavier load the current flowing through the motor is getting high. The
power windows motor will be damage or less power when it’s operating in heavy
load due to the mechanical part of the power windows, when this happen the life
time of the power windows motor will be less because of the hot temperature of
the motor due to high current flow to the motor.
Therefore the basic operation to improve the power windows is
connecting the power window motor to the MCU. When the power windows is stuck
by something or have more loaded then usual the MCU directing the motor to give
a chance to remove the anything that disturbs the windows before it closed. In the same time is more convenient and safety
to the child to used the power window. Other than that the time to service and
put a lube to the mechanical part will make the longer life time to the motor
and overall mechanism of the power window.

Suatu kemalangan yang tragik telah berlaku di
Jubali, Arab Saudi apabila seorang kanak-kanak
berumur 3 tahun terbunuh ketika ditinggalkan bersendirian di dalam kereta.

Kejadian berlaku apabila bapa kanak-kanak itu meninggalkannya berkeseorangan di
dalam kereta untuk ke kedai runcit berhampiran. Malangnya kereta itu dibiarkan
tanpa dimatikan enjinnya.
Apabila kembali ke kereta, bapa malang itu terkejut melihat anaknya mati dengan keadaan
leher tersepit pada tingkap kenderaan itu.
kanak-kanak lelaki itu dipercayai menjengukkan kepala ke luar tingkap
untuk melihat ke luar. Malangnya, tanpa sedar kakinya telah tertekan butang
automatik untuk menaikkan tingkap. Dan lehernya tersepit sehingga menemui maut.
